Importance of starting with a `Basmallah`

1. The surahs in the Quran begin with it and The prophet(ﷺ) letter's also began with it.
2. This is the way of the Salaf - they would begin their books with `Basmallah`
3. By beginning with Allah's name, we are seeking blessings from Allah.

4 Obligations From surah Al-Asr(103)

1. Knowledge - Knowledge of: Allah, his prophet(ﷺ) and the religion of Islam with evidences.
2. Acting upon it
3. Calling to it
4. Being patient.

Conditions before giving Dawah(calling to Islam).

1. Ikhlas (Sincerity)

3. Wisdom & Patience
4. Know The People.

Being "patient" and it's 3 types

1. Patience upon obedience to Allah such as patience upon Salah And Dawah
2. Patience to stay away from sins such as being patienced when enticed by greed for Haram
3. Patience upon the decree of Allah when facing difficulties such as poverty and ill-health
